Going from working in TV and radio to repairing farm equipment and eventually running a company that manufactures and sells refuse trucks to customers around the world, Iowa-born farm boy John McLaughlin and his company—Scranton Manufacturing—have persevered through adversity and built something special from the ground up. New Way Trucks is now a diverse family-owned international brand guided by a set of faith-based principles that have lead to their continued growth.
